This was an all-day WUVT/Throb benefit in upstairs of the (typically) frat-bar Hokie House. This is an audience recording, I believe, made by Phil. They play a long set and as Jim mentions, they played earlier in the day at an outside frat party (opening for The Pietasters) and Jimmy's voice started to sound a little hoarse.
